In this course, you’ll thoroughly understand how to navigate the Dealer Support Services (DSS), including an overview of its pages and functionalities. The course will conclude with training on how to enter orders using Connects, our order entry platform within DSS.
Note the following changes since the video was produced:
1. The discount request is now a link to be filled out instead of downloadable form.
2. Product updates are now in the loop. Â Designers will receive an e-mail the first Thursday of the month.
3. Melamine has been discontinued from the Decor line as of September 2022.
4. As a reminder any paint orders should be done on HDF door style.
5. Custom Color Paint Chips are no longer free of charge. Â Contact your CSR for an updated price.
