Silicone

Updated on September 3, 2024

There are many different silicones for different applications and variations of colors. Silicone products are always changing so this is not any sort of all-inclusive list. Silicone manufacturers are continually changing their products each year so because they worked in the past doesn’t mean they will work in the future. I would strongly suggest to all installers to test their silicones on finished cut o scraps of moldings, fillers, or toe kicks or any finished cut o prior to applying it in the kitchen or bath on any finished surface area that will require silicone. If there will be any reaction it will typically occur within 24 hours which is the cure time for many silicones.
