GENERAL INSPECTION:
- Make sure cabinet is square and that the Tip-On Blumotion components are installed correctly / not damaged
- Remove any obstacles
- Ensure no front bumpers are installed; these will inhibit the function of Tip-On Blumotion when the front is pressed
- Ensure that the front gap is the same on each side, adjust if necessary
- Make sure that synchronization for Tip-On is installed correctly
- Ensure that cabinets 35.43″ wide or wider have side stabilizers installed for additional stabilization

GENERAL INSPECTION:
Drawer does not open, or does not open far enough
- Remove bumpers
- Remove any obstacle
- Ensure front gap is the same on each side
- Make sure cabinet is square, not damaged
Drawer opens on its own, completely or only on one side
- Ensure that the synchronization set is installed correctly
- Replace Tip-On Blumotion unit if it’s damaged or defective
- Ensure front gap is the same on each side
Tip-On Blumotion unit(s) “clicks” loudly when activated
- Make sure that the track setback is the same on both sides
- Ensure that tracks are not installed at different heights or angles (parallel installation only)
- Ensure front gap is the same on each side
Drawer remains in open position, but can be closed by hand (remains 1” from full closedposition)
- Replace Tip-On Blumotion unit(s) if control unit is bent or control link is broken
